How to unlock the Tyrant of Nordberg achievement in Overlord II - Definitive Guide

You will get this achievement in conquering Nordberg. After you've cleared the Dig Site, fight your way into the town. Deal with the fire cracker throwing miscreants to get to the Temple. Tear down the temple, then proceed to the town square. Deal with the ballista, then drop the statue on Borius. Kill or enslave him, purchase Nordberg for 50 Life Force, and the achievement is yours!

This is unlocked no matter what and is unlocked at the same time as "Rescuer of Kelda".

Contrary to the description you don’t need to dominate or kill 100% of the population, you’ll get this simply by conquering the town whatever method you choose. After you've dealt with Borius one way or the other (attacking with with to kill him Dominate by selecting him with then and releasing before he dies) head to the town hall just behind him and Hit to take over.

Strange wording of the task. The achievement is given according to the plot after killing Borius and capturing the town hall (just go to it and click )
