How to unlock the Demon Master achievement in Overlord - Definitive Guide

I hope you're ready for some frustration.

The Heaven's Peak Abyss opens once you defeat Sir William in the main story line. The Abyss opens off to the right behind the main warpgate in the Heaven's Peak area. It's near all the sheep. Enter if you dare.

Gather some minions and move into the Abyss proper. You'll meet the women of Heaven's Peak who will whine about things and set you off to do chores for them. Kill the giant slug in the center of the room, Reds are probably best for this since the slug chews up stuff that gets close to it, and then it's off to clean up your own mess. Grab a bunch of green minions, make sure you also have a few red minions as well, and head off to the left of where you started. At the end of the path you'll find Sir William and a bunch of red cloaks burning in a lake of fire. On the left hand side you'll see a small island accessible via a log. Send your green minions over there and set a rally point on the edge. Your minions should jump down and attack Sir William and the red cloaks. You may have to move and reset the rally point a few times to finally nab him. When he falls down, send a pair of reds to pick him up and head back to the place where you killed the giant slug. Place William in the cleaning device and guide him around to the floor until it is spotless. The easiest way to do this is target the mop with the left trigger and then use the right stick to navigate. Once that area is clean, the women will allow you to move on.

The next area is the one that generally causes issues. The women ask you to mow their garden using Sir William in a strange lawnmower machine. You'll use the same navigation trick you used for the mop, but this time it's a lot more difficult. The first step is to put your minions off to the side so that they don't get in your way. Once they are rallied off to the side, grab seven of them and begin the mowing process. You have about 20-25 seconds to mow the entire lawn before it resets and you start again. There aren't really any tricks to it, it's asking for pure speed and precision, but the controls are clunky. Don't get frustrated, you'll get the hang of it. Once you get it down, grab William and you can move on to the last chore.

The last chore has you mopping and killing vermin at the same time. The trick is to have the room clean and for there to be no rats or slugs in the area. This is trickier than it sounds. The best set-up is greens and reds. Set up a rally point for the greens near the hole where the slugs pop up. Greens make quick work of the slugs. The rats enter from the sides of the floor so set up a team of reds close to where those rats enter. Those teams will go on auto-pilot and keep everything clear while you focus on navigating William in his cleaning device. When both of the conditions are met the women allow you to proceed into the building.

Ignore what they say about bringing them a gift and enter the castle. Your only recourse is to subdue the women by force. Grab a team of minions, your choice on composition, and knock out every women in the building. Once they're down, have your minions carry them back to the warp-gate and you're done with the annoying ladies. Now it's just up to you to get your hands on the Abyss stone and leave.

Follow the fairly linear path until your back outside of the building and moving towards the Abyss stone. It seems like it will be so easy. Grab the stone and also be sure to grab the lever next to it. When you begin to move it toward the exit it becomes finale time. You'll have to fight a large scythe wielding demon and his horde. The demon continuously summons more creatures so you need to take him out before moving on. Once you do that, take the lever to the wheel in this area and turn it to open up the stairway to move on. Just take the stone slowly and clear areas as you go. When you get to the end William will attack again with some red cloaks, it should all be a piece of cake compared to the lawn-mowing section. Once it's clear, bring the Abyss stone to the gate and you've done it.

good guide

(might be worth mentioning at the start that you also have to have conquered the Mellow Hills Abyss first , before this Abyss becomes available)
