Overlord

The Food is found in the Halfling Homes near Spree. Once you obtain the Food, you will be greeted by some peasants. You then have the option to give them the food or to keep it for yourself. The choice will affect your corruption level, but either way, the achievement will unlock.

You get this achievement simply by playing through the game's story mode.
