How to unlock the Soulblighter achievement in Overlord - Definitive Guide

This is a lot of trouble for a 20G 1.10 ratio Achievement,
I recommend only completionists attempt it.

THIS IS NOT MY WORK
I should not take credit for it,
but it was the only walkthrough I could find on the Web.

Raise Hell DLC - Evernight Abyss
If you've downloaded the Raising Hell Expansion DLC, you will get this quest
after completing the Mellow Hills Abyss. Since it's recommended that you
complete the Golden Hills (but before starting on the Ruborian Desert) before
you begin to investigate the Abyssal dungeons, you should be well on your way
to some serious ass kicking after destroying Goldar and his magic Castle. You
will need access to all four minions nests, in addition to some hefty armor
and weapons (Arcanium arsenal) due to the greater reliance on your Overlord as
an independent fighting element. Don't forget to max out your horde size and
farm 300 to 500 lifeforce for all your minions. The Abyss dungeons are brutal!

The Evernight Abyss will be in Oberon's glade. It will not appear until the
Mellow Hills and Heaven's Peak Abyss are completed and the Ruborian Desert is
available. Build a mixed combat team (all minion types). Use a blue to
activate the light switch in the blue pool to get rid of the thorny wall. The
enemies here have hand cannon, so swarm them en masse and kill them off. Swarm
the theater and kill the undead gunners and swordsmen. Expect to take losses
and remember to keep your horde back when you crack open the bulbous plants --
just in case of the bombs. The Abyss stone is in the theater, but blocked by
the recurring play the elves are forced to watch. Move into the backstage so
you can find the prop to break this cycle of boredom.

The prop turns out to be Goldo's steam tank. Find a way down the back to the
stage; there is a shortcut from the wraiths' dressing room (where they become
dwarves). Cross the stage from the dwarf side to the elf side and push the
scenery back a bit to reveal a wall.

edit
The only problem I had was pushing the stage scenery back. I had to be off to one side to get my minions to lock on and push it. I couldn't do it standing in front of the scenery.

Use a bomb in the elf dressing rooms to
take out the blockage behind the scenery. Take out the crew behind the
scenery, then push the block barring the scenery from going back further. Push
the big (15 minion) scenery to the very back to reveal the special item, a
mold for the Mace of Doom.

Having pushed the scenery back a bit more, use the bombs in the elf dressing
room to blast the stone wall on the dwarf/wraith side of the stage; this
reveals a minion ramp to the light switch (the access made possible by the
block pushed earlier). With the backstage lights on, you can have the minions
push the backdrop another time to the back. Open the door (switch) to access
the "Terror of Evernight" - the dwarven steam tank and a warp point.

It's not over with that scenery. Since the tank needs two sticks to operate
it, you need to do more searching. Move behind the scenery to find another
block holding it back. Move the block out of the way, then move the scenery
back again to reveal some stairs. Head there, enrage your minions and take out
the Wraith mini-boss (the one looking like Death). Clean up, watch for bombs
and take the stick back to the tank.

The second stick is atop the castle rampart (near the minion portals), guarded
by a Wraith berserker (kills hordes of your guys instantly). Fake him out and
attack him using Overlord to preserve lifeforce. Take the second stick back to
the tank and "drive" the tank by targeting it and using the right stick (like
the Arkanoid game). All you need to do is break the scenery; to end act 3,
just slaughter the elf actors on the stage. Once that's done, use the small
turnstile to roast Oberon. The flame gun turns if there are 3 or more minions
on it, but stays where its aiming when 2 minions are holdinh the turnstile.
Use this knowledge to roast Oberon without even attacking him with your forces.

Take the time to call up a maximum mixed horde (with blues to do revives). The
abyssal stone is the same as the ones before - take it to the warp point and
it will be attacked midway through. Use a guard banner to defend it and
Overlord to tactically surprise enemies. Anger and Rage works well with
defence missions if you have the mana. Take the stone to the warp and get out
of this abyss.

I know the guide is not yours, but I'd like to add that this Abyss (and the others except the Ruborian one, which was already unlocked) unlocked for me after beating the Mellow Hills Abyss and returning to the Tower. There was no need for me to clear the Heaven's Peak Abyss first, but that might have something to do with the fact that I started the Abysses after clearing the game.
