Start a match on the "Gates of Destruction" map (although other people suggest "Last Stand") and keep on being defensive.
Mix up your minions and try to summon brown and green ones as they're much more resistant than reds and blues, and sacrifice these ones when needed. Go take the food whenever it appears.
