You do not have to do all of these at the plot related decisions as stated, as you will still unlock the achievement after defeating the Wizard if your corruption is 0%, but this is how I did it:

Give Spree’s Food

Do not burn down the Sacred Grove in Evernight Forest

Choose Rose over Velvet

Save the elves from the slugs in the Glittering Mine

Save the elven women rather than taking Goldo’s Gold in Goldo’s
Stronghold

Give back the Mother Goddess Statue

Spare the traitors at Spree ((Occurs after Kahn has trashed Spree) Return to the tower to spare the traitors.)

Along with not killing any civilians or plundering any houses as this will add corruption, however performing the "good" deeds above will reduce your corruption by 2%.

Though it should be obvious don't kill anyone and don't plunder the houses in spree or Heavens Gate. If you do some bad deeds know that each of the above positive choices only clear 2% of the evil deeds away.

I saved the elves in the mines but did not receive a bonus to my score. I have 6% and according to your description it should have gone down. Can you specify if this occurs at a later time or if it was a mistake in the solution?

Your solution is not correct. You do not have to do everything you mentioned. As long as you have 0% Corruption when defeating the Wizard you will get the achievement.

Doing the above will lover your corruption ratio 2% with the exception of saving the elves from the mine which had no effect in my game. It should also be noted that to save the traitors in Spree you simply go back to the tower.

Please refine your solution and I will change my rating once it is correct.

My solution is not incorrect as I don't state that you have to perform each of those to get the achievement, Saving the elves is no exception because it did however have an effect on my game, I will add that the return to the tower part if you think it's absolutely necessary, although it's really not as doing anything other than killing should work.

I agree. If you hadn't already done so, try to check the box to notify negative voters when you edit, that way you may get rid of that pesky last negative vote!

Seems like you can't get this and the Tower Master (collecting items) achievement in the same play-thou. Unless the other good deeds neglect the evil done getting the all the items (haven't checked this).

Saving the elves does indeed effect your Corruption score... most of the time. Overlord is a horrendously glitchy game so I'm not terribly surprised to find out that some haven't noticed a change but it sure did in my game.
