From the Main Menu, go to Arcade, then Story. Simply play through the campaign missions as any mech. The achievement will unlock after the credits sequence.
If you play as Setesh, you'll also get:

If you play as anyone other than Setesh, you'll unlock these along the way:

Cheers! Yeah, I unlocked all gear related achievements after I finished the campaign and got all of the achievements. Then tried to do another run from scratch and didn't get the achievement again. Now, I just play the save game on the last mission. But also today - No luck. Couldn't foce unlock it as well...

Played through the campaign twice and played through the last mission twice on top and I'm still missing this achievement. You got any tips to force unlock in this game?
