Just a note, if double boxing/boosting
Hit Select in character menu, change health to 2.
Then keep using RT and hitting eachother to fill bars and use it, rolling away, you can get about 20-30 in a single match. Will take 2 matches to get it, can turn off the time too.

You can also speed it up slightly by canceling the roll with LT again. Then you can use the next roll faster. At least that worked for me!
