During an Online Match (And yes you can boost with friends by just inviting them to a battle)
Do NOT pick up any items. Items drop into the map in the form of weapons, guns, energy etc. You would pick them up with Left or Right on the D Pad, and then use them with the corresponding arm. Shoulden't be too bad.
