The best way to unlock this achievement is by boosting it with a friend.
Select Shifu (the character that looks like an old master) and begin an online match. Let your partner hit you until you have the ultimate and make sure to have at least one skill bar (blue bar under your health). To get the achievement, your friend will have to pop and hold his shield. As he is doing that you will get right in front of him as close as you can and hit LT and RT simultaneously to activate the ultimate. Shifu will grab his opponent out of the shield and hit him with the ultimate getting you the achievement. Make sure to do it from an extremely close distance as he is shielding so that shifu can get the grab otherwise you won't get it.
