During an Online Match (And yes you can boost with friends by just inviting them to a battle)
All you have to do is wittle your health down to about 10% and have at least one bar of energy. After that, make sure your opponent is close to being dead and hit LT+RT.
Personal Opinion: Use Setesh for this, his Ult can do a ton of damage against someone on the ground and follows them.
