This can be boosted with a friend. Select Rocca, have your friend or second account stand still while you build up 2 bars worth of special move. Make sure you are locked on to the other player and then hold

This guide is incorrect, you need to hold cn_X and then press cn_RB and cn_LB one after the other. Like almost immediately after the first punch, you don't wait for your opponent to stand up.
