Best to do on Assault or Control. Both of these game modes have stationary objective points. Wait until the enemy team is capturing the point (Control is even better for this because they need to hold the spot for a longer time), then wait until there is at least 4 members of their team on the point. Use Mei's ultimate ability, Blizzard, and just freeze them all. It is too difficult trying to freeze them with just the gun. You can run around with the gun trying to squeeze off 4th person but they all have to be frozen at once so its better to use the ultimate.

Mei's Blizzard ultimate ability allows her to throw a small grenade type object that emits an ice storm onto the battlefield in a circular area passively damaging and freezing enemies.

We will need to freeze 4 enemies in 1 activation of the ability. As long as the enemy is completely frozen, they will count, and you are allowed to use your gun to freeze some of the enemies.

I recommend going for this while defending the payload and having multiple enemies on the objective at the same time. It can also be done in any "capture" point that has many enemies, both in attack/defense.

If you can get a total of 4 enemies frozen at once, you will unlock the achievement.

Obviously this achievement can be unlocked on any map and basically any game mode. Although some game modes may be preferred.
For the multi-kill achievements. I really think the best way to do some of them is with the payload, especially in doorways or when the payload is turning a corner.

In the following video you will see me use Mei's 'ice wall' to block off one side of the payload, thus forcing enemy players to the other side. That then opens up a possibility for the enemy to group together. Which is a good method for general play with this character as grouped enemies make easier targets for you and your team

A good tip: Don't let your special do all the work. It takes time to load up when thrown and you don't want the enemies leaving the radius of the special and not become frozen. As you will see in the video I help nail the achievement by using my freeze gun at the same time.

The achievement is for freezing 4 enemies at once. So a combination of special & freeze gun works perfectly.
