So this is actually easier then it seems because you can teleport as well and have it count towards the progress. If you hold and look in the bottom right, it tells you how many people have teleported. When you go through. it counts up, so, you can just place the teleporter close to your spawn and teleport over and over. However, the portal maxes at 6 teleports so you are going to have to earn at least 4 teleporters in a match. The ult charges fairly quickly when your in battle so you shouldnt have too much trouble

With the new Symmetra, this achievement / trophy should be insanely easy for anyone to get. The teleporter is no longer linked to Symmetra's ultimate ability and is now a regular ability that can be used quite often during the game (duration: 10 seconds; cooldown: 12 seconds). You can teleport yourself back and forth repeatedly to quickly increase your "number of teleported players" in a match. Keep tabs on this number using the back/windows button on your Xbox One controller.

Two other notes:
1) Not sure what's going to happen with Symmetra's "The Car Wash" achievement (6 turrets all hitting one enemy at once). She no longer has 6 turrets - only 3. If anyone can confirm changes, post a comment.
2) If you haven't already earned the achievement "The Path Is Closed" (destroying 3 Symmetra teleporters in a single game) this should also be a lot easier against the new Symm.

Just to build on some of the other guides, it is much easier to do this in competitive, given the games are nearly twice the length of regular quick play matches. It is also quite easy to do this while actually placing your teleporter in efficient locations rather than just putting it at spawn and walking through it. I'd also add that i did this in the off-season, so people weren't offended when i went Symmetra on attack.

If you're worried about people reporting you or something for trying to farm this achievement with yourself and not participating in the match much, or just don't want to cheese it, it's easier if you keep a proper mindset.
I found it best to stay behind your team and keep an eye on their positions. Pop up a teleporter when you can in a CONVENIENT place that will let them escape if they're over extending, or that can act like a Reaper Shadow Step to cross sections of the map undetected. People will be far more likely to utilize your teleport if you keep watching them and place the teleporter by their location for defensive maneuver (or strategic offensive maneuver if in higher skill matches).

Despite what the TA flags say you do not need 10 players (you can't do it with it 10 players anyway) but anyway you could actually do this achievement with only yourself by using her teleport power the icon is almost the same as it is shown in the achievement art. And just press turn around then again it will disappear in about 5 teleports so just spawn the item again and use the same method untill you are granted the achievement.
