This one seems to be a bit buggy.
Just start the game with another tank and then switch to Ramratta. Then just get into nemesis form and block some damage. 300 isn't a crazy number so you should get this in 1 or 2 games

this is dumb but i too can confirm you must start as a different hero then switch to ram literally got it the first fight after i switched

It worked for me when a Bastion was shooting at me alone. Me and him were in a building away from the action. I'm convinced that you have to be shot with physical bullets, since I even had a D.va bomb + Tracer bomb hit me with no success. I did not switch to another tank on the match it popped.

At the time of writing, this appears to be buggy (as mentioned in the other solution). Comments on the other solution have suggested numerous ways to unlock this, but it finally unlocked for me (at the end of the game, I might add), while blocking in Nemesis form while using Ramattra’s Ult.
So, suggested methods of approach would include:
- simply blocking in Nemesis form (and surviving) the required damage.
- Starting with a different Hero/Tank, then changing after dying, then fulfilling the requirements.
- Ensuring the 300 damage is from a single player (or ensure that at least one of the players damaging you deals enough to have have at least 300 damage mitigated from them alone.
- Performing the requirements while Ulting, which is easier than it sounds, as the Ult won’t expire while it’s damaging someone, so sticking on them while they damage you and you just absorbing it, the Ult should last plenty of time, giving you ample time to block/mitigate the required damage.
As mentioned earlier, this achievement unlocked at the end of the game, which is unusual for character achievements. The other Ramattra achievement unlocked a few seconds after fulfilling the requirements. So not only does this appear potentially buggy, it may also have a delay.

This achievement is buggy. However I think I figured out an exploit. What I did was use his nemesis form when I had my ult at 100%. You have to hold down LT while nemesis form in order to block damage. I had a bastion firing at me as well as a DVA mech and a mercy in my team healing me. Right when the nemesis form was going to expire, I used my ult in order to extend my nemesis form. I died while using my ultimate, but I racked up enough damage
