This Achievement can only be unlocked during the Summer games event, when Lucioball is available.
The best way to get it, is to concentrate on the role, be the keeper until you see a "save!"message on screen, keep passing the ball until a teammate scores and you see an "Assist" message, and score a goal.
You can even try to kill 2 birds with one stone by trying to score a goal or an assist while deflecting the enemies shots.
