How to unlock the Slice and Dice achievement in Overwatch 2 - Definitive Guide
To get this you need 4 kills while using Genji's DragonBlade ultimate, you do NOT need to get a quadruple kill so make sure you use your abilities - deflect and swift strike when needed. The DragonBlade ultimate lasts for 8 seconds (edit: Now lasts 6 seconds), that's enough time to get 4 kills if done correctly, remember that you have the Swift Strike ability and its cooldown resets when you kill an enemy with it so make sure you use it as much as you can to disorient the opposing team.
The most effective way to get the achievement is to flank the opposing team in a game of Control since teams are packed together most of the times, the Control game type is playable on the following maps:
Lijiang Tower
Nepal
Ilios
Now, to make your life easier you would want a friend to boost this using Zarya/Mei's ultimate but you can do it alone with the right timing. Remember that the enemy team needs to be distracted by your teammates, if they see you coming they're going to kill you right away.
Good luck

This achievement is definitely one of the more tricky ones... clocked over 5 hours of this character (managed to get the Deflection Achievement) and only got 3 kills in one use, twice.
Edit: Was able to unlock this achievement after playing 11 total hours as Genji

I was going to make a guide for this when I first got it, but I had so much trouble that I wasn't really sure the best way to put this.
Depending on your views, this could be easier or harder than other achievements. On the one hand, compared to most Ultimates, you're still able to move around and attack during it. Most Ultimates are a one-off attack in one location. This means that while you don't have to depend on 4 people being right on top of each other, it requires a little more input on your part. Also, Genji's callout seems to be quite a bit more hindering than other Ultimates. It's louder and it goes on for about 2 seconds before his ultimate even starts.
Genji's Ultimate causes him to pull out his sword and deal a fair amount of melee damage in a wide arc. The swings do 120 damage. You can also still use your other abilities while using Dragonblade. One issue that set me back a lot was that I always forgot to use Deflect. Don't be afraid to use it since people will try to focus you down. Also, your Swift Strike attack resets whenever you get a kill, so you'll want to get used to throwing that into the rotation.
I personally have had a much easier time going or most of my achievements in Escort, but this could vary for you. In Escort, you have the benefit that most enemies are going to be facing the same direction. The downside is that there are a lot less flanking locations. This is also true for Assault maps (where one team defends and one attacks).
On the flip side, Control maps are more likely to have a cluster of enemies, but they're probably a bit more likely to be checking every direction.
So far, I have had the best luck getting my multi-kills on King's Row (with 3/3 of them so far). I believe this is due to the very tight corridors, and the drastic differences between high and low points compared to other maps. This is especially true during the first checkpoint of the escort. The Payload has to weave down very tight streets.
Enemy team composition also plays a part. Tanks are going to waste a lot of your time if you focus them down. Only go for them if you're hitting other people. You're going to want to start the Dragonblade by taking down their healer if they're alive, then Swift Strike people to get behind them. If you can get a Zarya to group them up or a Mei to freeze them, that's icing on the cake.
I'll cut down this video later, but here's my unlock (after 13 hours of going for it). This was a pretty sloppy Dragonblade as I tried to kill the teleporter which was no longer there.

So I got this on Watchpoint: Gibraltar with Escort. Usually, there will be a push as the end of a match where four players will gather round and push the payload. Yell your call and unleash your blade. The blade does high damage. If the enemy team is all tanks though, try another match. You can still use your abilities with the ult! Swift Strike resets every kill. Genji is such a fun character to play. Good luck! :)
I tried for about 11 hours solo with no zarya/reinhardt help or anything with no more than a triple kill. When I finally did get it I had a zarya, sombra ( even though she probably isn't needed of august 2017 as the heroes abilitys to escape a graviton surge were patched), and Ana. The Ana really wasn't needed as you probably only want to target the squishies and they only take 2 hits and being combined in the zarya ult you can kill 4 in 3 seconds. I would also wait to the end of the match as teams usually group up in the last minute for a final push which will limit the amount of ultra you do a game but increases the chance of success. You'll want to see how many people are in the graviton because if there is only three you will need to swift strike to the nearest enemy so you need to be paying attention to the other team placements and heroes.

After the nerf to Genji, the duration of the Dragon Blade was reduced by 2 seconds, making this trophy more difficult to obtain. I advise you to reassign the jump button to to make it easier. Use the Dragon Blade from the rear during the fight. The presence of an experienced Zarya on the team will make the Gravity Pulse trophy much easier

| This trophy is easier to do in a group with Zarya | Required number of people: 2 |
| Instructions |
01. You take Genji, your friend Zarya.
02. Accumulate ultimates.
03. It is advisable for you to take a position on some hill.
04. Zarya collects 4 or more enemies with a screed.
05. You ultimate and kill everything in the screed.
Tip #01 | Before Zarya ults, she must tell you about it.
Tip #02 | While waiting for Zarya's ultimate, you should be nearby.
It is very important that you have full HP, so during this time try to play more passively
and not attract unnecessary attention.
Tip #03 | There is no need to ask again a thousand times whether you are ready or not.
Zarya says she will ultimate, you are waiting at the position.
Tip #04 | During your ultimate, Zara should cast a Protective Barrier on you.
This will temporarily increase your survivability.
Tip #05 | A good Sombra in your stack will make getting the trophy much easier.
During Zarya's screed, she will have to hack all EMPs with Impulse.
Partially saving you from potential failures.
Tip #06 | Ana in the stack will also make it easier to get the trophy.
During Zarya's scramble, she will have to cast a nanoboost on you.
Tip #07 | If the opposing team has D.VA, it is advisable to knock her out of the mech.
Since she can, firstly, eat Zari's duck, and secondly, you will need much fewer blows.
| Also, most of the trophies in the game can be forgotten! | Required number of people: 5 |
| How to get into different teams |
01. You invite a friend to your group and start searching for a match.
02. As soon as a match is found, the friend must quickly leave the group.
To do this, while searching, press the triangle button and hold your finger
ready so that once a match is found, exit it by double pressing X.
ATTENTION: You do these actions at your own peril and risk.

I noticed that it is not necessary to finish off your opponents, but you can inflict more than half of their life on them, after which your team will finish them off, and these kills will be counted towards you.
