How to unlock the Undying achievement in Overwatch 2 - Definitive Guide
Hello and welcome to PBreezey's guide to the Overwatch achievement "Undying"
To earn this achievement, you must earn 20 eliminations without dying. You will receive notifications as you are playing where your streak is at in increments of 5, so you receive a notification at a 5, 10, and 15 kill streak to give you some waypoint of how far you have to go.
Whenever an enemy dies, if you damaged them red text indicating the percentage of damage you dealt of their health will show on your screen informing you of the elimination; i.e. if you killed me in a game you may see "Eliminated PBreezey 43," which means you assisted in killing me and did 43% of the damage.
For this achievement you do not need to land the killing blow! Eliminations count towards your kill streak and they are all you need for this achievement.
I earned this achievement playing as Bastion on defense on the map Hanamura. When defending point A, just to the left of the door the attackers funnel through is a small room. You can set up as a turret in a corner of this room looking out through the door and easily get your 20 kill streak. There is even a health pack behind you in case things start to get rough. When the game ended, I was 29-0. Very frustrating for the enemy and very fun for me.
TL;DR: As Fooga put it in the comments below, camp-heavy champions - such as Bastion, Tjorborn - are the easiest way to get this achievement.
If you have any questions or comments please do so before downvoting! Good luck and happy hunting!

Nice. I got it with Torbjorn. The turret really loves to tag everyone at least once so when they enemy team was getting wiped, I got easy eliminations.
TLDR: Camp-heavy characters will get you this faster. +1

Got this on King's Row on defense as Symmetra.
Next to the first objective to defend, in the direction that the enemy spawns from, is a brick wall that acts as a choke point for the first objective. Most of the enemies will funnel through here (although there is a higher-ground option as well). I set up 3 turrets on both the left and right sides of the brick wall, on the defensive side (so enemies coming through the choke point wouldn't see them, but would be hit as soon as they came through). I got maybe 5-8 kills by playing conservatively and killing random enemies that made it through with my weapon, but for the most part my turrets did the heavy lifting of, if not killing enemies outright, at least doing enough damage to get credit for the kill. Ended up with a 28 kill streak or so, and enemy never captured the objective.
Obviously still takes luck, but not a bad place/method to try if you see the opportunity. I consider myself a very average player so this one kind of fell in my lap - got this at level 22, without ever getting a kill streak over 12 before this, as a point of reference.

I did this achievement with my friend and i had him be mercy and heal me at all time and i was reaper and every time i got a kill or 2 i would leave with my wraith form just to make sure i did not die. but bastion and mercy is always a good way to go just make sure you watch for counters to bastion as in reaper or hanzo Etc.

On maps divided into 2 stages, the achievement counter will not reset, although the kill streak counter will reset.

You can use a reaper, as long as you heal well
