Velvet
This is the second symbol you pick up in the first level (not the introductory level!). While it is missable, it's also incredibly hard to actually miss as it's along the main path. From the first symbol (for The world was forgotten), you'll pick up 4 Morse dots along the way to this one (these are needed for The story is written), with the 4th one actually being right next to the symbol.
Collect the symbol to unlock the trophy.
