Velvet
This is the third and final symbol you pick up in the second level. While it is missable, it's also incredibly hard to actually miss because it's along the main path. From the second symbol (for Destruction in chaos), you'll pick up 3 Morse dots along the way to this one (these are needed for The story is written).
Collect the symbol to unlock the trophy.
