When you complete all the objectives in the court yard's utility closet.
Walk past room #111 keep heading right to the end of wall you will find the shovel pick it up.
Walk towards the other end of the courtyard the side with the rams skull opposite of the swimming pool with the truck inside it.
Look down at the ground and you will see a circle made out of rocks use the shovel and you will pick up a key and the achievement should pop.
