Each day, the Vending Machine sells 8 kinds of items per day in real time. Buy each one each time you visit the Vending Machine. That's because if you earned extras (if there is 1 or more out of the amount you can hold of an item) before you buy them, you unlocked them while completing missions, and obtaining items from missions do NOT count towards the progress of this achievement. If you don't feel like waiting another day, you can unplug your Xbox to offline and change the date to the next day, then repeat.

Or for PC players, you can go to Control Panel or Settings and change them to the next day then repeat.
