Worth noting, it should trigger the achievement upon buying, you won't have to back out, so you don't have to sit and count to 100 mentally if you're doing it all in one shot.

I got this on Game Pass and had 500 coins without doing anything. So assuming you also get 500 coins when you start the game, this achievement can be obtained any time that you have the patience to play the machine over and over. Didn't take long, 10-15 minutes.
