Boy that apple pattern is way more complex in this video xD
The pattern I saw was very easy to memorize and cleared out all the bottom middle right away however, it did leave you with a lot more area to clear out on your own. Guess take it as you will, but interesting to know there are alternative methods to these patterns.

Do this on PC, I'm not sure why but everything just moves slower and it made this achievement and missions for pac-man trivial.

There is a simple trick and that is to exit the arcade when you lose a level and pick up where you left off (by doing that the game will return you to the start of the level but keeping the lives and score you had at the start of that level).
When you have more than 76,500 points in PAC-MAN, lose all lives and wait for it to return you to the home screen, when that happens, just press to open the menu and exit the arcade.
When you return to the starting room, you should get the achievement.
You should have the points from level 10 - 12 but depending on how many ghosts you have eaten and how many fruits you pick up when they appear it could be earlier or much later.
While trying to get this achievement, you can also get 100% of the missions.

What to you mean by exit the arcade? Like close out the game itself or just exit the game to the acrade?

Classic PAC-MAN is very challenging and you may lose all lives before reaching 76,500 points.
If you lose lives in a level but you don't want to lose them, just press "X" on the controller and exit the game, when you exit and restart the game it will restart the whole level.
Doing that you will have the lives again but you will have to start the whole level.
