The missions for this aren't too bad especially if you decent at Tetris and have a good brain on you, others might find it more difficult, but the really tasking Hyper Mode Mission can trouble anyone.
All the tips I can give you is practice! The more you play the more you will learn where you can place pieces better and make tunnels for Pac Man to eat ghosts, this is especially important as this will help you clear lines! If you made one mistake half way up the board on the difficult Hyper Mode and block your ghosts it is pretty hard to recover from, but not impossible.
Sometimes you can also clear lines with blocks even when there is a ghost below, as when you clear the line the ghost isn't blocked anymore, so remember that to!
You can try the slower speeds if you want to practice and learn the best way to make routes and clear lines, so remember that.
Eating ghost powers up your fairy, so the more you eat, the quicker it charges, this can help you around the level 108-109 mark if you're quite high and need to clear some of those pesky ghosts, but from experience don't rely on that, I hit level 109 and my fairy didn't even appear before I fell to my doom.
Other tips I can give you is the pausing method, I never bothered with this but I know people who have done it that way if you wish to try, you can still see your blocks when your paused so you can think about where you want to place pieces.
Another tip is as of right now the button to press to turn pieces is
, for some reason sometimes when you use 
and click once the game reacts as if you hit the button twice, so the piece will do a 180 and it totally messes you up, so I would recommend not touching it at all, hopefully they will update the game to fix this.
This is the video of me getting the Level 110 in Hyper Mode (I actually got to Level 115, could've easily gone further bar one error as you will see) I know someone asked for seeing someone play it to see if they can pick up tips so thought I would share! I'm not the best so it's not perfect but given the delay issues with the game I think it's a fairly decent run, plus I managed to recover a bad start so maybe this will help you.

If you are playing on windows and because of hyper mode you want to kill yourself going boom at namco hq, wait and try the game on xbox: it runs significantly slower.
