First of all, I would recommend going for this achievements as one of your lasts simply because you could technically get it naturally, or at the very least make a lot of progress before fully farming it out. For example, Pac-Man 256 is already going to require a large amount of plays to complete those missions.

That said, if you need a quick farm method you'll want to play Pac-Motos levels over and over again which is also the best coin farming method for


World 1-1 or 3-1 will be the best levels for farming.
1-1 has pretty much no risk but takes about 7sec to complete a level
3-1 (after much testing) can be done as fast as 3:10 seconds by going to the bottom of the map at start next to the hole, and when the ball comes to you, knock it off. However this method has a lot more room for error but once you master it it is by far the fastest way to complete levels and earn money. For a less risky move you can simply charge at the ball and push it off the top hole, but this will take about 4.5 seconds.

MAX EFFICIANCY: You can skip the "ready" screen at the start, and at the end you can skip the outro music to save some time that add up. I was able to get 50 levels done in 9 minutes. Here's a visual of perfecting this method:
