Every game excluding PAC-MANIA has a corresponding stamp. On top of this, Pac & Pal is the only game with a Ghost Hunter stamp. All these stamps required are on the 4th block for each page. You can change the options in every game to make your time easier, with the exception of PAC-ATTACK, which must be done on Normal.
I highly recommend combining this with the Earn X points from eating ghosts X times stamps (or anything close to this). You will get this done much earlier than the Perfect ghost eating for each game that requires them however.
While you won't need these tips below if you're just going for this achievement, these should help out in the long run as you go for item unlocks, which are required for other achievements.
PAC-MAN
1,600 point Mania - Earn 1,600 points from eating ghosts 100 times
It'll take some practice to figure out how to get this as the power pellet time is kind of short. That being said, the first stage is your best bet. You'll need to kite the ghosts in such a way that they'll be together following in formation. Clyde tends to wander off from the group sometimes so you'll just have to hope he's at least in very close proximity to reach him (which would be around 1/4 of your screen position).
Once they're all within proximity, grab the power pellet at the very last moment where you'll likely to be hit and go to town. Remember to block them off instead of following them directly if they start splitting from each other. It'll take some time, but this gets easier the more you try it.
Pac & Pal
1,600 point Mania - Earn 1,600 points from eating ghosts 100 times
The description is misleading here. Unlike the other games, you don't eat ghosts by colliding with them, but rather attack them using special items, of which can be found towards the center left and right of the field.
This can be pretty easy to get, as the powers shoot through walls, so you can just sit under the ghost house and continue to spam A until it ends. As long as 3 ghosts are stunned, hitting the 4th one will net you 1,600 points every time. Use this to your advantage!
PAC LAND
Namco Mania - Earn 7,650 points for Eating Ghosts 10 Times
By far one of the most annoying stamps, and in the worst game of this collection no less. You'll need to eat six ghosts in succession for the max score. One good spot can be found towards the end of the first stage. Let the planes spawn in until there's four or more, and then grab the power pellet. You won't have much time so quickly double tap the D-Pad to get momentum for those higher ghosts and then backtrack to grab any off screen.
Super PAC-MAN
1,600 point Mania - Earn 1,600 points from eating ghosts 100 times
Ridiculously easy. Combine the giant pills with the power pellets and you can pretty much dash towards the ghosts, getting the full Perfect four times per stage. You can go inside the ghost house if they don't leave!
PAC-ATTACK
Ghost Train - Eat 10 Ghosts At Once (Normal difficulty)
Another simple one. Just stack ten ghosts to the far left/right while blocking off Pac-Man from eating them until you have enough.
PAC-MAN Arrangement

Power pellets galore! You can get this much faster during the boss fights, but I would suggest going for every stamp in this game for items as it's not too difficult, even for those who consider themselves a novice player.
PAC-MAN Championship Edition
3,200 point Mania - Earn 3,200 points from eating ghosts 10 times
You'll need to eat eight ghosts in succession. Power pellets stack so you can keep your Perfect ongoing. Can be done in five minutes.
I highly recommend combining this with the Earn X points from eating ghosts X times stamps (or anything close to this). You will get this done much earlier than the Perfect ghost eating for each game that requires them however.
