There are 12 pals in this game.
When you check acquirement stamp, (Push the A button in stamp book) pals will unlock.
When you acquired all 12 pals, this Achievement will unlock.

The condition of acquiring pals are as follows.

PAC-MAN
Pac: Watch Pac-Man Show
President Spheros: Eat 1,000 Pac-Dots

PAC-MANIA
Blinky: Earn 50,000 points

PAC & PAL
Pinky: Clear Bonus Stage

PAC-LAND
Cylindria: Clear Round 1
Sir C: Earn 300,000 points

SUPER PAC-MAN
Spiral: Watch Pac-Man Show
Grinder: Earn 100,000 points

PAC-ATTACK
Inky: Reach Level 20 (Normal difficulty)

PAC-MAN BATTLE ROYALE
Spheria: Earn 3 Victories

PAC-MAN ARRANGEMENT
Clyde: Watch Coffee Break

PAC-MAN CHAMPIONSHIP EDITION
Fuzbitz: earn 100,000 points

Digression: How to unlock 2 achievements at the same time
Pals will not unlock until you check acquirement stamp.
By using this specification, If you leave Pac or Cylindria or Spiral without unlocking until other 11 pals unlock, You can unlock "Pac and Pals" and "Happy Family" at the same time.
