If like me you are struggling with the slots and just want this out of the way, you can end a level with 765 points and trigger a Galaxian Fever, which guarantees you this achievement. This will also unlock the Fever! achievement if you do not have it already.
I did this on Level 1-2, Corsair's Cove.
At the end of the level, break the underwater chest with a Metal Dot to obtain a Banana fruit for 500 points. Then eat an exact total of 53 Pac-Dots to end up with 765 points. (53 Pac-Dots x 5 points per Pac-Dot = 265 points + 500 points for Banana fruit = 765 points).
Once you have 765 points, fire the cannon on the ship with the purple pirate ghosts and grab the end level token, but do not kill the skeleton pirates on your way there or you will need to re-run the level to try again.
The resulting slot game will have all Galaxians.

Just a note from this one your score just has to end in 765, so 1765, 2765, 3765,... All should work, Ive gotten it on both 3765 and 9765

A Galaxian is the Space Alien that's Red, Yellow, Blue and not a Fruit.
You manually control the Slots by Pressing
My advice to you is to look for the Galaxian, and then look for the two fruit before it. Watch the reels closely and prepare for the Galaxian but looking for the last two Fruit that will appear before it. The last slot speeds up so take your time. I would personally call out the two fruits before pressing A and hitting the Galaxian.

A bit of advice for people who struggle with the slots:
You can pause buffer using the Xbox guide; be sure to use "B" to exit out of the guide each time and not the guide button as it's much faster.

Would this also unlock if you manage to get Galaxian fever at the end of a level? I got one last night (and I’m mad because I forgot to save😡9 lives down the drain) but I had already got the achievement so I can’t confirm nor deny
