Once you eat enough pellets, the desired bonus item will appear just under the Ghost Spawn location. Once you eat the bonus item, you must wait until you get a Game Over for the achievement to unlock. Eat this particular item on level 13 when it spawns to receive this achievement after the game.
Hamket
The Key is the bonus fruit for stages 13 and up. You must eat a total of two of them in across any of these stages in one game to earn this. If you get Game Over, you start back at zero fruits eaten.
