Once you eat enough pellets, the desired bonus item will appear just under the Ghost Spawn location. Once you eat the bonus item, you must wait until you get a Game Over for the achievement to unlock. Eat this particular item on level 2 when it spawns to receive this achievement after the game.
Hamket
The Strawberry is the bonus fruit for stage 2. You must eat both of them in the stage in one game to earn this. If you get Game Over, you start back at zero fruits eaten.
