Easily done on Enclave once you've unlocked a few Tarot cards.
Start up the level on Daydream using Gold Tarots Rage (4x Damage), Fury (2x Damage) and Double Haste (4x slower) with Silver Tarots Mercy (use Gold cards 3 times) and Replenish (double ammo). You can use other cards should you wish but these will slow down the boss making him easier to hit without missing and add x6 damage to each Stake.
Collect some extra stakes at the start of the level by circling around the Necrogiant. Activate your gold cards and unload into him from close range. You should be able to get 20+ shots off during slowdown. Once he smashes the floor and breaks his chains repeat the process again.
Cut scene - use the Soul Catcher to grab his soul, then use the final gold cards to slow down and kill the skeleton knights with the Stakegun.
