This requires the third and final level, "Pentagon", of the set of levels in the City Critters DLC (DLC 7). You must play through the previous two levels, "Prison" and "City", to unlock this stage. Difficulty does not matter, so go on Daydream to make things easier.
The stage is a moderately-large circular arena, with sets of ammo near the edges of the map. There are 5 sets with 9 units of ammo each, totaling 45 boxes to collect. If it isn't picking up a box, you will need to use up some of your ammo for the box's type to be able to pick it up. This was common with the shotgun weapon.
Achievement unlocks after you have collected all 45 boxes in the round. You do not have to complete the level. Note that the level ends immediately after the boss is defeated, but given the limited area, you can easy restart if you happen not to get all 45 ammo boxes your first attempt.
