This achievement is for simply finishing the second chapter of the game and therefore should come from natural story progression.
The chapter consists of 3 levels...
"Opera House"
"Train station"
And the Boss fight with Alastor.
Train station is a really fun level with lots of easy to kill enemies. It's also the first level where you get the Chaingun/rocket launcher. The level before that, "Opera House" is where you find the electrodriver which shoots out Shurikens and electricity.
