You will most likely get this achievement over time - if you want to try and get this as fast as possible I suggest catching your first few pals with different typings if possible so you can try and use the correct typing match ups to your advantage and weaken the pals faster. I was able to explore the area around the starting area and get my first few levels pretty quickly whilst discovering normal, fire, water, ice, ground, dark and nature all without a great struggle. Make sure you are crafting plenty of pal spheres on your work bench (3 wood, 3 stone, 1 paldium fragment). If you find Vixy and have unlocked the ranch for your base then assign it to the ranch as it can dig up items including pal spheres which can save you time and resources.

Note that this and other achievements can only (for now), be earned on your own world. If you are on someone else's world you can't unlock them.
