Pandemic: The Board Game

Starting a Solo game mode with the three characters listed in the achievement description is the easiest way to get this achievement.

Tips:
1. The Researcher is great for getting sets of 4 or 5 cards to other players since they can share any city card when sharing a space. Use them to facilitate the other two characters for curing.
2. The Scientist is going to be the best for curing since they only need 4 cards of a color. If you start the game with the Researcher before the Scientist, you have a good chance of getting the Scientist a set of 3 off the bat with the Researcher's ability.
3. The Medic is typically used to help avoid outbreaks, but on easy modes they can be a useful utility character for setting up research stations and trying to get a set for curing.
4. Don't focus on Eradicating diseases to get this achievement, just go for the 4 cures as quickly as possible.
