For anyone confused like me, it is now named ”Introductory” (4 epidemics).

You can change the difficulty by pressing 
on the main menu. For this achievement, set it to "normal." Then win a quick game. I recommend using just the researcher/scientist combo.

You say complete a game, but I assume you mean WIN a game? Is this a simple matter for novice players to do?
