This is a bit of a challenge since characters get fewer turns each, thus they have less chances to accumulate sets of cards for cures. My recommended characters are: Researcher, Scientist, Medic, Ops Expert, Dispatcher.

The Dispatcher and Researcher were primarily used to facilitate card exchanges and the Ops Expert set up strategic Research Stations for both movement and card exchange/cures.

Hi, I got sole problem with this, I win 3 game with 5 character but It didn’t release the achievement,

I play all my game in the lowest difficulty, maybe it’s because of this, I also play with 5 characters original and play one game with one character from the add on

Can you give me your configuration for this achievement ?

I dont get that.
Sometimes i can exchange cards sometimes i cant.
Even if i used the same characters.
Can someone explain me how that Works?
Who can change cards with whom?
And at which Locations? Only at die City of the card or at the stations?

Players can exchange the card if both of them are at that location. The exception is the researcher, who can give (but not receive!) cards to other players at any location. Research stations won't have an effect on trading.

Your best bet would be to try restarting the game, see if that triggers the achievement to pop. I played with the characters listed in my solution on the easiest difficulty (difficulty does not prevent any achievements in Pandemic). Are you unlocking other achievements and it's just this one that is stuck?

yeah just this one the other worked. I did it both on my xbox and on my computer, but neither of those unlocked the achievement. I also delete the game and install it another time but still didn't unlocked.
I will try with your team composition

I had the same problem, could only choose four players. Then i Turner the on the brink DLC on and off and it said, press A for Special 5-player game. Maybe that will work die you?

I choose these characters: Researcher, Scientist, Medic, Ops Expert and Field Ops.

I basically left my Researcher and Scientist on Atlanta and used them on getting the blue, red and grey cures.
Ops Expert on helping the Medic with epidemics or helping the Field Operative getting the 3 yellow cubes and 3 yellow cards then build a research station to get the cure.

I got super lucky with the cards as my Field Ops got 2 yellow cards straight away and all I had to do was wait for my Researcher or Scientist to get the right cards. I managed to have 9 cards spare.

This team worked first try for me, especially when I was able to let the Field Ops guy have three cards of a particular colour from the starting hand. Thanks!
