Try to strategically place 4 artillery units around an enemy as the achievement states. Some key notes are they must be in SUPPORT so dont use one of the four to initiate the attack. Pay attention to the ranges of you support also just to make sure they will be in range to hit your target. Worse comes to worse get a friend to help you out.

i got this in the first level of the campaign. use the card that allows u to take 3 unit cards out of ur deck make two of those artillery (u start with one atr unit and one card aready) and then just use one of your free placements or use both as free placements since i would assume both ur original artillery will already be in play. just put them side by side on homerow and they will both be in range of the center infantry unit
