Paper Dolls Original

This will be a missable achievement that occurs during your first encounter with an enemy. This will be after the record player puzzle, through the door unlocked with the key found in a drawer in the save room (the room with the incense, through the door unlocked with the first key).

Save before unlocking the second door, just in case you miss this and want to try again. You can save by lighting the incense on the table in this room.

Unlock the second door and follow the left wall to find a table. On this table will be two things to interact with. Grab either of them, and a jump scare will happen followed by a quick time event. This will more than likely be a prompt for a direction of the left analogue stick. Following this will be a few single button presses, and finally two simultaneous button presses.

I believe you only need to successfully hit the left stick QTE, it is the only one you can fail that wont instantly kill you. If you miss the analogue stick QTE, just dont hit the following button prompts so you can quickly die and retry. I can confirm that you dont need to reset your save, you can fail the QTE on your first attempt, die and retry immediately after without quitting the game or anything extra. It happened to me and I didnt even know there was an achievement for this.
