You can get this very early in the game. After starting a new game and once you gain control of your character, walk to the upper left area of the screen to go to a new area. You'll see a woman behind a table, talk to her to get this achievement:

With that done, take the staircase behind the woman. Walk up to the third floor until you see the pile of furniture blocking your path. The achievement will unlock shortly after that.
