You can get this very early in the game. After starting a new game and once you gain control of your character, walk to the upper left area of the screen to go to a new area. You'll see a woman behind a table, talk to her to get this achievement:

With that done, take the staircase behind the woman. Walk up to the third floor to get this achievement:

Now go down the staircase to the second floor and exit through the door on the left. You'll see two boys playing cards, talk to them for the achievement.
