How to unlock the Hard Day's Work achievement in PAPERBOY - Definitive Guide

Like it says, for this achievement you must deliver at least 7 papers in one day on Hard Way. It's advised to keep to default settings as this affects other achievements and prevents them from unlocking so it's best to be safe.
You really want to go for this on the first day (Monday) as that is when there are the most number of houses available to deliver to and the least number of obstacles. There are 10 deliveries available on Monday so just take it slow. If you try it on Tuesday (and beyond) and missed some deliveries on the previous day, those houses become non-subscribers so you have less opportunities to attempt to deliver papers. You can deliver either to the mailbox or the mat infront of the door.
It should be noted that this achievement is buggy for some people and won't unlock for delivering 7 newspapers. I had to deliver 9 to get it to unlock for example. So if it doesn't unlock at 7 try again to get more. Good luck!

glitched for me doing 9 but second attempt i got 7 and it unlocked so just repeat and should pop hopefully.

Yeah I'm not sure what's up with this achievement really, I got 7 a bunch of times and it didn't unlock, whereas for my brother it unlocked for him at 7 the first time. Maybe one of the houses is broken and isn't counting, who knows! It's annoying, but just keep trying! :)

For this achievement, you have to deliver 7 or more newspapers in one day, Hard Way mode. That means you only get to miss 3 or less houses. Do this on Monday (in-game) where there would be less obstacles than the other days.
I recommend to not go too fast and not too slow, just something split down in the middle. Going too fast will make you even more vulnerable to obstacles (unless you are crossing the road in the middle of Hard Way and trying to avoid the maniacs that try to tackle you down before you cross). Plus, you can miss many houses. Going too slow causes the swarm of bees to appear and attack you. A delivered newspaper counts when you throw it at the subscribers' doormats or their mailboxes. What doesn't count as a delivered newspaper when you trample their plants, break a window, throwing the newspapers the wrong way, and ignoring them.
Practice the Hard Way - Week 1 - Monday level. You start to learn patterns of obstacles and what to do to avoid them, just like I did while trying to accomplish this achievement. The obstacles never randomize in different game sessions. Pick up bundles just in case you start trying multiple attempts to deliver a newspaper to a subscriber's house.

Deliver seven papers on the first day of Hard. This achievement is glitched on my Xbox but shouldn’t be that difficult. You can die and still get the achievement.
