Hard Way is the most difficult level of the game but with plently of practise you should get it eventually.
My key tips would be to deliver at least two papers and concentrate on making past the level without losing too many lives, simply try to survive the level and take your time. Once you finish the second level the achievement will pop.

With some practice you should be able to get this one. Make it through two days on hard. Just focus on surviving. Any delivered papers are gravy.
