This is actually a lot easier than it looks. I would suggest deliever papers to the first five houses and then race through the rest of the level to save a lot of time. Also you DO NOT need to finish the bonus level, I remember vividly trying to rush through the bonus part and screwing up and thinking I failed and the achivement popped, so you can simply crash as soon as you start the bonus course and it'll still be valid.
You can actually die at least once during the level and still earn the achievement. So just deliver five papers (count as you go along) and rush throught the rest of the level and you should get it.

Great solution! Helped me because for some reason I read the achievement description and thought you had to deliver 5 newspapers to 1 door. The info on the bonus section is helpful also.

Racer Boy is actually very simple. You have to deliver five papers and then get through the stage in 60 seconds. I recommend that you get the first five houses out of the way and then speed like hell through the second half of the map. You don’t have to complete the bonus section. In fact, I just ran into an obstacle once I made it into obstacle course.
You can die and still unlock this achievement but if you die twice- you probably will not make it. I died once and got it done in about 50 seconds.
