Self explanatory achievement, just die in any level 35 times. It has to be done on the same level, for example level 2 at the beginning on the right it's a good spot.

Thanks for confirming. Trying to fathom how someone could possibly screw up programming such a dumb and simple achievement, and how worthless the approval process is to let it through. Shame! :-D

I've also written to them in Twitter and they said they will fix it with the next update, who knows more cheevos incoming?
