Paradox Soul (UP)

These will be the 3rd enemy you'll face (other than unarmed robots and dogs). Typically when you encounter these guys there will be a box next to you with a yellow stripe of some kind. You can hit B to go into cover, wait for them to fire 4 times, hold RT or X to shoot back for a few seconds, and release to stay in cover, let him shoot 4 times again, repeat.

Later on you can sneak behind them and just put a bomb down with Y to insta-kill them, use RB once you have electro, or you'll upgrade your gun and fire a green beam that'll deal with them quickly.
