This achievement can be pretty tough, fortunately u/jitlimmy shared an amazing method to cheese this achievement that is still working in Oct 2024!

Just incase their post disappears, I will explain it below:
Get a buddy and set up a game of Black Sails on Beast mode.
Once you start the game, have one player go to the right of your cannon, there you will find a railing that has 3 ropes/pullies extruding upwards. Have one player climb on the railing and stand where the middle rope is.
Now have the other player stand back a bit. If done correctly, the player who is standing on the railing will attract the aggro of 90% of the enemies, now the other player should just carefully pick off the opponents one by one while they're distracted.
Of course the cannon/crossbow sections may require both players, so have them hop down and help out when needed.
The enemies can still knock out the player who is standing on the railing, but they are pretty bad at doing so, this player can actually turn around and headbutt enemies if they are careful.
And finally, keep in mind that this method could get patched, there was previously a different method for cheesing this achievement and it was patched already, so there is a possibility this gets patched as well.
