PSA: own goals by the rival team count as you scoring them as long as you're the last member of your team that touches the ball.
I unlocked this achievement scoring the first two goals by myself and I had my doubts about the third one; I punched the ball towards the other team's goal but one of them pushed the ball inside the goal and then the achievement was unlocked at the victory/results screen.
Beast Soccer is a team game mode 4 vs 4; the first team to score three goals wins. In order to score you have to push the ball into the other team's goal. As far as I can tell, the most efficient ways to move the ball are punching it (hold
to run and then push 
while near the ball and facing it) and jump-kicking it (hold to run, jump pressing 
and while in the air push 
to kick, if your foot touches the ball doing this you will launch it relatively far).
Scoring all three goals by yourself is fairly hard, specially when the match ends just after one team scores three. It may be easier playing with friends with headsets, communicating and coordinating with them so you can take turns scoring the three goals in different matches.
