In the game mode "Lollipop Factory," there will be a bunch of gummies in the middle you need to drag to your side and submit down a hatch to win. For this achievement you need to just use the little gum drops and not use the big gummy bear.
(I found it the easiest to grab the big gummy and drag it to one of your corners first and leave it there)

I recommend getting a friend you know for this. One teammate will instantly get to work throwing small candies over the "DO NOT THROW" wall and using the lever once they get all that's there. The other teammate will try not to let the other team get the gummy bear, but also make sure none of their teammates get it either. (Only knock out your teammates that are trying to drag the gummy bear if you are sure you guys will win, ex: you are close to winning.) Once you get really close to winning, abandon the gummy bear and only get the candies. At this point, it doesn't matter if the other team gets the gummy bear.
To be extra careful, having a 3rd person with the plan will be best, to make sure the other team won't also get small candies, and to also make sure the other team won't get the gummy bear.

(In my case, I didn't have anyone on the plan. One person from my team was working on the candies while I tried to drag the gummy bear away from the other team, and somehow the other team never even got one candy.)
